Growth Over Perfection
Therapy for high achievers who’ve spent their lives doing everything “right”—and still feel anxious, exhausted, or like it’s never enough.
Therapy for High Achievers
Dr. Jessica Vartanyan is a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in helping high achievers navigate perfectionism, trauma, anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome. She helps clients break free from self-criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, and the pressure to always achieve so they can feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their lives.
If you're ready to embrace life on your own terms, discover your authentic self, and live boldly, you're in the right place.
Who I Work With
I work with ambitious, high-achieving adults and professionals who are constantly striving to do their best, yet still feel like they’re falling behind or falling short. You may struggle with perfectionism, overthinking, fear of failure, difficulty resting, or the feeling that you should always be doing more.
You may also find yourself putting others’ needs before your own, struggling with boundaries, or adjusting who you are to feel accepted. Even when things look successful from the outside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy can help you quiet the pressure to always do more and develop a more compassionate, authentic relationship with yourself.

Therapy for Perfectionism
You seem successful on the outside, but inside something still feels missing. Therapy can help you see your accomplishments and feel enough.
